-- JONATHAN E. GUADARRAMA, 23, of 416 Johnson St., Janesville, at 12:10 p.m. Thursday at his home on charges of possession of a controlled substance without prescription and possession of marijuana.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- STEVEN C. MAHLUM, 58, of 484 N. Palm St., No. 1, Janesville, at 11:20 p.m. Thursday at Centerway and State Street, Janesville. It was reportedly his third offense. Also ticketed for operating while revoked and operating left of center.

-- BURGLARY reported at 8:43 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20, to a home in the 300 block of West Centre Street, Footville. Reported stolen was $200.

Charged

-- ARCHIE L. HEATH, 23, Kenosha, battery to a police officer as a repeater, obstructing an officer as a repeater, resisting an officer as a repeater and disorderly conduct as a repeater after he gave police a false name, fled on foot and hit an officer several times as he was being arrested Jan. 17 in Whitewater.

-- HECTOR A. MARTINEZ, 18, of 218 Nicholas Drive, Delavan, felony fleeing an officer after a 13-block chase at more than 80 mph that ended when he crashed into a snow bank Sunday in Delavan.

-- AUGUST V. CANCEL, 45, of 1221 Dodge St., Lake Geneva, possession of an electric weapon and possession of marijuana after police found an electric stun gun and marijuana in his home Jan. 16.

-- ARIEL A. SYVERSON, 18, of 426 Madison St., Walworth, felony bail jumping after she sent in December several letters to a 16-year-old boy with whom she was not supposed to have contact.

-- ROBERT J. MADISON, 19, Burlington, sexual assault of a child under 16. He is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl June 5 in Darien Township.

-- KATHERINE M. MCNALLY, 21, of 321 Parkside Drive, No. 214, Whitewater, party to identity theft and party to forgery after signing someone else’s name on the lease for an apartment in Whitewater on May 30.

-- RICHARD B. HEIDEMANN, 29, of 324 W. Walworth Ave., Elkhorn, escape after he failed to return Sept. 13 to the Walworth County Jail, where he was serving a six-month sentence with work-release privileges.
