State Assembly Representative Spencer black had his way, Janesville's General Motors plant would start producing wind turbines and solar power panels.

The Democrat from Madison tells WCLO's Stan Milam show a ready market for these types of products would be created if the legislature passed global warming legislation. He says creating a market for the good, and reducing the need of traditional fuels, would be a great benefit to working families.

Black also points to the federal stimulus package which includes investment dollars for these types of manufacturing proposals.
