Eklhorn High jumped to early lead and went to a 47-37 victory over Westosha Central in a Southern Lakes girls basketball makeup game Friday night.

The visiting Elks built (6-6, 3-2) built a 26-17 lead in the first half and extended it to 42-27 by the end of the third quarter.

Brianna Entwistle led Elkhorn with 15 points, while Christina Brinkman scored a game-high 19 for Central (2-10, 0-6).
