Intoxicated driving arrests

-- DENNIS J. McCOWN, 21, of 2203 Mole Ave., Janesville, at 1:57 a.m. Wednesday in the 2000 block of East Racine Street, Janesville.

-- CHRISTOPHER L. PRESTON, 31, of 1618 Randolph Road, No. 5, Janesville, at 1:12 a.m. Wednesday at Randall Avenue and Creston Park Drive, Janesville. It was reportedly his fifth offense. Also ticketed for possession of marijuana.

-- BURGLARY reported at 7:20 a.m. Tuesday to Naturopathic Family Clinic, 4539 Woodgate Drive, Apt. A, Janesville, and Modern Appraisal Services Inc., 4539 Woodgate Drive, Apt. B, Janesville. Reported stolen from the clinic were check cards. Reported stolen from Modern Appraisal was $5 in cash and a digital camera valued at $150.

-- BURGLARY reported at 11:15 p.m. Monday to Associates in Psychotherapy, 1519 Primrose Lane, Janesville. Nothing was stolen, but doors and windows reportedly had $1,100 in damage.

Accidents

-- EISENHOWER STREET AND WALKER STREET, Janesville, at 3:47 p.m. Tuesday, a minivan driven by Jeffrey A. Johnson, 57, of 1041 Black Bridge Road, Janesville, collided with a car driven by Kristine Lucchesi, 44, of 6219 Highway 51, No. 194, Janesville. Johnson was cited for failing to yield the right of way. Lucchesi was treated at Mercy Hospital and released.

-- HIGHWAY 213 NORTH OF AHARA ROAD, Magnolia Township, at 2:10 p.m. Saturday, a car driven by Jeffrey M. Berg, 41, South Beloit, Ill., collided head-on with a sport utility vehicle driven by Kathryn A. Wilke, 40, Albany. Berg was transported to Mercy Hospital, but his condition was unavailable this morning.

Charged

-- JEFFREY M. BURDICK, 32, N7461 Woods Lane, Elkhorn, felony bail jumping after police found him intoxicated at his home Dec. 28, which is a violation of his bond.

-- SHANE E. ROSENBURG, 25, of 230 W. Fremont St., Darien, possession of an electric weapon as a repeater and carrying a concealed weapon as a repeater after police found plastic knuckles and a stun gun on his person Jan. 3.

-- FRANKIE R. FOSTER, 24, W1080 Bloomfield Road, Lake Geneva, possession with intent to deliver marijuana after police saw him Oct. 18 walking out of the woods in Bloomfield Township carrying a marijuana plant, which he told police he intended to sell.

-- WARREN C. WALKER, 43, Milwaukee, two counts of party to forgery and one count of misdemeanor theft. He is accused of stealing a drivers license, business checkbook and $65 cash from a Whitewater storeowner and then using the checks to make purchases.

-- TANNER R. SCHNEIDER, 19, of 2017 Almond Drive, Delavan, three counts of delivery of cocaine as a repeater after police conducted controlled buys Oct. 2, Nov. 6 and Nov. 17.

-- BRANDON L. FELTNER, 24, of 410 N. Terrace St., No. 6, Delavan, physical abuse of a child.

-- BRANDON J. ELDER, 29, of 520 Fremont St., Lake Geneva, manufacture of marijuana, manufacture of non-narcotics, felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police executed a search warrant at his home April 13.

-- CAMERON P. ISLER, 22, W6102 County A, Elkhorn, hit and run causing injury and hit and run to an attended vehicle after an accident Sept. 22 in LaGrange Township.

-- LUIS O. CRUZ, 34, of 308 Sweet Road, No. 304, Darien, false imprisonment, misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct. He is accused of fighting with his wife Dec. 25 and 27.

-- COREY G. ARNOLD, 21, of 1633 Randolph Road, Janesville, felony possession of marijuana after he crashed his truck Dec. 13 in the drive-through of McDonald’s in Whitewater and police found marijuana on his person.

-- DAVID A. BECK JR., 18, W3968 Spring Brook Road, Lake Geneva, interference with fire alarm and criminal damage to property. He is accused of damaging the sprinkler in his cell at the Walworth County Jail on Dec. 24.

-- JAVIER A. ESPINOSA, 24, of 224 Westward Drive, Elkhorn, failure to respond to written requests for Sex Offender Registry information and failure to notify the Sex Offender Registry of changes in information.

-- ADAM W. GOMEZ, 23, W196 Nippersink Road, No. 8, Genoa City, strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor battery. He is accused of choking his ex-girlfriend Nov. 15 in Bloomfield Township.
