-- BURGLARY reported at 9:01 a.m. Monday to a home in the 1500 block of South Willard Avenue, Janesville. Reported stolen was a lock box with Oxycodone pills valued at $120.
Arrested
-- TOBY L. RESTIVO, 28, of 535 S. Randall Ave., No. 23, Janesville, at 2 p.m. Monday at his home on three charges of delivery of cocaine, three charges of maintaining a drug house, one charge of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and one charge of possession of marijuana.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- KRISTINE M. KENNY, 45, of 3227 S. Oakhill Ave., Janesville, at 2:01 a.m. Saturday at Highway 51 north of Beloit and Rock Townline Road, Rock Township. Also ticketed for operating left of center.
-- DONNA L. NELSON, 52, Beloit, at 10:18 p.m. Saturday at Highway 51 and Driftwood Road, Rock Township. It was reportedly her second offense. Also ticketed for operating left of center.
-- JAMES L. GUNN, 27, Madison, at 3:26 a.m. Sunday at County H south of Highway 14, Janesville Township. It was reportedly his second offense. Also ticketed for driving without registration, operating after suspension and improper parking on roadway.
Accidents
-- COUNTY A WEST OF MARSH ROAD, Magnolia Township, at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, a car driven by Antonio L. Solano, 26, of 15019 W. Ahara Road, No. 30, Evansville, rolled off the road. Solano was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions. Solano and his passenger, Kelli J. Christianson, 23, of 15019 W. Ahara Road, No. 30, Evansville, were treated at Mercy Hospital and released.
