Rock County Democrats plan a quiet observance of Tuesday's inauguration.

County Party Chair Jim Joiner says they're not having a formal celebration Tuesday, since those events usually took place at the UAW Hall. He says he believes the work is really just starting. He says citizens need to work to bring pressure on the new administration to follow through on promises.
