Rock County's drug court is considered one of the county's successful alternatives to incarceration, but a $200,000 enhancement grant could boost the services.
County criminal justice planner and analyst Elizabeth Pohlman McQuillen says some people in the program could have succeeded if they had received more in-depth treatment while in the program.
The county will learn by early fall if it receives the grant.
