Rock County officials hope to enhance drug court program
Rock County's drug court is considered one of the county's successful alternatives to incarceration, but a $200,000 enhancement grant could boost the services.
County Criminal Justice Planner and Analyst Elizabeth Pohlman McQuillen says some people in the program could have succeeded if they'd received more in-depth treatment while in the program.
The county will learn by early fall if it receives the $200,000.
