--CENTER AVENUE AND DELAVAN DRIVE, Janesville, at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, a truck driven by Dennis L. Figi, 53, Monroe, collided with a minivan driven by Frances M. Scherling, 37, of 316 Riverside St., Janesville. Scherling was treated at Mercy Hospital and released.

--CRAIG D. WYATT, 45, of 1125 W. South St., Whitewater, on Thursday on West Walworth Avenue, Whitewater.
Accidents
--MAIN STREET WEST OF WHITON STREET, WHITEWATER At 11:54 a.m. Tuesday, a vehicle driven by Joshua R. Syck, 26, of 610A W. Center St., Whitewater, attempted to pass another vehicle, lost control and spun across the roadway, colliding with an oncoming vehicle driven by Earl L. Gunsolus, 48, Fort Atkinson. Syck and his passenger, Melissa S. Syck, 24, were reportedly transported to a local hospital. Syck was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
