Parker swimmers place third at Manitowoc
Janesville Parker High School’s boys swim team finished tied for third at Saturday’s Manitowoc Invitational.
The Vikings tied Stevens Point for third with 325 points, while host Manitowoc Lincoln won the seven-team meet with 443.
Parker senior Marcus Genrich won two events to highlight action for the Vikings. Genrich won the 200 individual medley in 2:11.51 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:07.32.
Parker’s Nick Olin was second in the 200 freestyle and the 100 butterfly. The Vikings’ Jacob Johnson was second in the 500 freestyle.
