Intoxicated driving arrests
-- JOSHUA T. SMITH, 31, of 5100 N. River Road, Janesville, at 10:38 p.m. Friday on River Road north of Sunny Shore Lane. Smith was arrested on a charge of causing injury by operating while intoxicated.

-- BURGLARY Friday afternoon to a home in the 1100 block of Ravine Street, Janesville. A door and a window were reported damaged.
Accidents
-- KENNEDY ROAD AND SABLE DRIVE, HARMONY TOWNSHIP, a truck hit a tree at 2:23 a.m. today. The driver fled on foot and is still being sought by Rock County Sheriff’s Office deputies. Passenger Nicholas D. Lawrence, 22, Janesville, was transported by a Janesville Fire Department ambulance to Mercy Hospital, Janesville, where he was listed in fair condition.

-- SHAUN A. NIEMEYER, 33, of 4336 Huntington Ave., Janesville, disorderly conduct, $211. Charges of misdemeanor domestic battery and domestic criminal damage to property both dismissed but read into court record.
-- DESIREE A. SKOTNICKI, 37, of 16415 County C, Evansville, three counts of felony uttering forgery, three years probation, $325.
-- JACOB N. SCHLEGEL, 19, of 1439 Lafayette St., Janesville, charge of felony delivering morphine amended to misdemeanor possession of non-controlled substance, 30 days in jail, six-months driver’s license suspension, $80. Charge of felony manufacturing/delivering diazepam dismissed but read into court record.
-- WILLIAM F. SANTORE, 20, Des Plaines, Ill., felony escaping criminal arrest, one year in prison, two years extended supervision, $105.
