Intoxicated driving arrests
-- COREY J. HILL, 29, of 210 E. Racine St., Janesville, at 11:41 p.m. Sunday along the 6500 block of South Highway 51, Rock Township. Also ticketed for driving after revocation.
-- DAVID W. HURST, 51, of 2819 Woodlane Drive, Janesville, at 5:11 p.m. Wednesday at the Janesville Police Department. It was reportedly his fifth offense.
-- MICHELLE E. REICHARD, 28, of 1134 Blaine Ave., Janesville, at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Memorial Drive and Garfield Avenue, Janesville.
Accidents
-- HUMES ROAD AND KENNEDY ROAD, Janesville, at 4:26 p.m. Tuesday, a car driven by Kevin M. Homan, 45, of 1218 Terapin Trail, Janesville, collided with a car driven by Chelsea I. Shaw, 17, of 1623 Happy Hollow Lane, Janesville. Shaw was transported to Mercy Hospital, but her condition was not released because she is a minor. Her passenger, Kelsey L. Kenney, 23, address unknown, was treated at Mercy Hospital and released.
-- HIGHWAY 51 AND CENTER AVENUE, Janesville, at 4:26 a.m. Tuesday, a car driven by Scott A. Wille, 36, of 725 S. Willard Ave., Janesville, collided with a car driven by Pedro Duran, 52, of 1549 Sylvester St., Janesville. Wille was treated at Mercy Hospital and released.
-- HIGHWAY 11 AND READ ROAD, Spring Valley Township, at 7:59 a.m. Tuesday, a pickup truck driven by Richard J. Churchill, 24, of 8503 E. Avalon Road, Janesville, slid on the snow-covered road and struck bridge rails. Churchill was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions. He was treated at Mercy Hospital and released.

Intoxicated driving arrests
-- ROSS J. DUNPHY, 19, Albany, at 3:41 a.m. on Sunday on Dunphy Road in Albany Township on charges of absolute sobriety, underage consumption of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit.

-- JULIE S. GAMEZ, 27, Waukesha, party to identity theft. She is accused of making purchases on fraudulent credit cards her husband had obtained using a Delavan Township man's personal information.
-- SCOTT C. GORNIAK, 28, Fort Atkinson, failure to notify the state sex offender registry of change in information, after a letter mailed to the Walworth County Jail was returned to the registry Sept. 3. He has been considered a walk-away since Aug. 20.
