Eighth-ranked Orfordville Parkview had all 10 players crack the scorebook as the Vikings routed Edgerton, 53-25, in Rock Valley girls basketball Tuesday night.

Parkview High junior April Wellnitz scored a game-high 13 points and was the only player from either team in double digits.

The Vikings (11-1, 8-0) led 31-14 at the half and continued to build their lead the rest of the way.

Meggie Schmidt led Edgerton (4-6, 3-4) with nine points.

n Brodhead 62, Evansville 24—Kristen Ruchti and Dana Lewis scored 17 points apiece as the Cardinals (7-2, 6-1) stormed past the Blue Devils (1-8, 1-6) to stay in Rock Valley South title contention.

Lewis scored 10 in the opening quarter. Ruchti had eight in the second period as Brodhead built a 40-16 halftime lead.

n Jefferson 49, Palmyra-Eagle 36—The visiting Eagles (6-3, 6-1) topped Panthers (3-8, 2-5) to stay one-half game behind front-running McFarland in the Rock Valley North.

Jessica Splittgerber paced Jefferson 18 points. Katie Chmielewski added 11 for the Eagles, while Liz Madecky led Palmyra-Eagle with nine.

n Big Foot 51, East Troy 40—The Chiefs (4-5, 4-4) used a big fourth quarter to gain a Rock Valley crossover victory over the visiting Trojans (1-10, 1-6).

With the game tied early in the fourth quarter, Big Foot slowly pulled away, making 8 of 15 free throws down the stretch to secure a 16-8 advantage.

Haley Schwartz scored 15 points for Big Foot, including four three-point baskets. Jordyn Courier added 11 points, and Courtney Spangler had 10 for the Chiefs.

Caitlin Dolan scored 14 points for East Troy.

n Whitewater 49, Clinton 41—The visiting Whippets (3-9, 3-5) rolled up a 25-15 advantage over the Cougars (4-5, 3-4) in the second half to gain a Rock Valley crossover win.

Whitewater’s Kesley Harms had 26 points, while Liz Althoff had 24 for the Cougars before fouling out.
