-- JOSHUA V. DEMUS, 33, no fixed address, and SHAWN M. KLEIN, 30, of 330 Walnut St., Janesville, both at 5:37 p.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of Schaller Street, Janesville. Demus was arrested on one count each of delivery of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Klein was arrested on one count each of keeping a drug vehicle and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
-- CHARLES T. MICHAEL, 23, of 1830 S. Walnut St., Janesville, at 2 p.m. Sunday at his home on seven counts of keeping a drug house, four counts of delivery of heroin and one count of party to delivery of heroin.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- JEREMI L. ALEXANDER, 36, of 1715 Myra Ave., Janesville, at 10:04 p.m. Saturday on Kellogg Avenue near DuPont St., Janesville. It listed as Alexander’s fourth drunken-driving arrest. Alexander also was cited for second offense operating after revocation.
-- DANIEL J. KNOPES, 49, of 3124 W. Rockport Park Drive, Janesville, at 7:13 p.m. Friday on Memorial Drive near Marion Drive, Janesville. It is listed as Knopes’ fifth drunken-driving arrest. Knopes also was cited for operating after revocation.

-- BURGLARY in the 500 block of South Randall Avenue, Janesville, reported Saturday. Reported stolen was a gun safe containing multiple guns and other items.

Intoxicated driving arrests
-- ROBERT J. HEIBEL, 25, Fitchburg, at 11:47 p.m. Saturday, in the 100 block of East 9th Avenue, Brodhead. It is listed as Heibel’s third drunken-driving arrest. He also was cited for operating after revocation.
Walworth County
Charged
-- CASEY J. AFFINITO, 22, of 3485 Prairie Drive, No. 5, Delavan, burglary, misdemeanor theft and possession of marijuana. He is accused of entering a residence in Elkhorn on Nov. 19 and taking electronics valued at $1,000. He also is accused of trying to flush a baggie of marijuana down the toilet at the Elkhorn Police Department, where he was being interviewed about the burglary.
-- ENRIQUE MARTINEZ, 33, N3540 Highway 50, Lot 13, Lake Geneva, possession of marijuana after police found burnt marijuana in a car in which he was sleeping in Geneva Township on Dec. 6.
-- CHRISTIAN M. MINETT, 21, of 477 Fremont St., Whitewater, party to identity theft and misdemeanor theft as a repeater. He is accused of making purchases with credit cards and gift cards he took from a purse in an unlocked car parked at Elkhorn Area High School on Aug. 27.
-- JOSHUA J. LAMPAREK, 19, of 624 N. Jackson St., Elkhorn, two counts felony bail jumping. He is accused of having a case of beer in a pickup truck he had been driving Dec. 3. Both are violations of his bond.
-- MICHAEL J. PIESTER, 18, of 3249 Lockwood Blvd., Lake Geneva, possession with intent to deliver heroin after police found six baggies of heroin in his sweatshirt pocket Dec. 10.
-- GARY R. SWANSON, 56, of 433 Water St., Lake Geneva, seventh-offense operating while intoxicated after a traffic stop Dec. 18 in Lake Geneva.
-- DOMINIC D. ECKLUND, 19, of 1145 Romin Road, Lake Geneva, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police searched his home Dec. 11 and found more than $30,000 cash, marijuana, scales and baggies.
-- JONATHAN M. MELLOR, 24, of 135 Elm St., Delavan, burglary, operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent and criminal damage to property. He is accused of breaking into Fred’s Wagon Wheel Delavan Township on Dec. 8.
-- PATRICK M. MCBEAN, 42, of 427 Spring St., Lake Geneva, felony fleeing an officer after a six-mile chase reaching 80 mph from Bloomfield Township to Lake Geneva on Dec. 16.
-- JOSE G. COLUNGA, 53, of 29 S. Wisconsin St., Elkhorn, fifth-offense operating while intoxicated following a traffic stop Dec. 13 in Delavan Township.
-- MARK A. BIES, 53, of 641 E. Cravath St., Whitewater, hit and run causing injury, operating while intoxicated causing injury, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration causing injury and hit and run to an attended vehicle after an accident Dec. 21, 2007, in Whitewater Township.
-- JOE GAMEZ, 33, Waukesha, party to identity theft. He is accused of making purchases on fraudulent credit cards he obtained using a Delavan Township man’s personal information.
-- JULIE S. GAMEZ, 27, Waukesha, party to identity theft. She is accused of making purchases on fraudulent credit cards her husband had obtained using a Delavan Township man’s personal information.
-- SCOTT C. GORNIAK, 28, Fort Atkinson, failure to notify Sex Offender Registry of change in information, after a letter mailed to the Walworth County Jail was returned to the registry Sept. 3. He has been considered a walk-away since Aug. 20.
