The street value of the heroin is estimated at $1,200. Police also seized $880 in cash and a small amount of marijuana.

Way to Go Janesville Police Officers!!
I hope that they have record drug busts this year!!! I still have to chuckle to myself when I think of that ignorant inmate who eats from his crack.... Oh Boy life must be good up there at the Rock County Jail. hmmmmmmm I wonder what his alternative would have been? I wish I was the nurse shoving that tube down his stomach. I suppose he is still whining about how those mean cops took him to the hospital and that those $%^# nurses scooped his cocaine out of his stomach.. Whatever drug they are using and dealing, the crimes are going up and these losers are costing us tax payers wayyyyyyy too much money.. They are beyond being reformed so here we are stuck with these losers. If they hadn't gotten that loser up to ER he would have died from an overdose.

Drugs are being disbursed to minors all over Janesville. I heard in Orfordville a 11 year old boy was using Crystal Meth. Talk to your kids-see what they know and EDUCATE!

If you want to be cynical, there's a lot of "street value" inflation in reported drug busts. I'm not saying that happened here, though. At best street value will never be an exact science -- there isn't a NASDAQ for drugs, you know.
.
Anyway, Yolanda and Terry both have a page full of hits on CCAP, and both of them have drug felonies going back a decade. What's surprising is that Lloyd stayed relatively clean until now. "Family network" seems to be right.

10.3 Grams = $1,200 or about $120 a gram in this area people are willing to pay.I would think that the police get an idea when they bust someone for selling drugs there is a fair amount of communication between the dealer and the police. Undercover officers deal narcotics as well to get a bust.Drugs have an advantage on supply and demand now that the supply went down ie: the police took them. The demanded street value goes up. The more the police take the more the drugs are worth unless the supply can be supplied faster than the police can seize. The supply is always growing faster than seizure and the demand is ever increasing till they are legalized so the war on drugs is just debt on society till the source is removed.

I'm just curious how they know the worth of the drugs? I never heard an explanation.
