-- THEREON M. GATES, 23, of 821 Caroline St.., Janesville, at 7:54 p.m. Thursday at home on charges of burglary, theft and a probation hold. The charges related to an incident earlier in the day in the 400 block of Harding Street.
-- 16-YEAR-OLD BOY, at 11:20 a.m. Wednesday at Craig High School, 401 S. Randall Ave., Janesville, referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of possession with intent to deliver prescription drugs and possession of prescription drugs.
-- WILLIAM J. JUHL, 30, of 2514 East Racine St., No. 3, Janesville, at 11 :30 p.m. Thursday at the Janesville Police Department on a charge of physical abuse of a child.

-- BURGLARY in the 400 block of Harding Avenue, Janesville, on Dec. 23. Reported taken were a computer valued at $1,000, shoes valued at $150, jewelry valued at $500 and a bottle of scotch valued at $25. The residents also informed police of a burglary on Nov. 23 in which video games valued at $250 and $75 were reported taken.

-- MICHAEL A. WILKE, 30, of 1305 Main St., No. 101, Lake Geneva, at 3:26 a.m. Jan. 1, at a residence in the 1300 block of Main Street, Lake Geneva, on charges of domestic disorderly conduct, battery and attempted strangulation.
-- NORMAN J. EBERT, 45, West Dundee, Ill., at 11:27 p.m. Dec. 31, at the Mill Creek Hotel, 123 Center St., Lake Geneva, on charges of domestic disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, battery and attempted strangulation.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- JAMES S. TONKINSON, 38, Burlington, at 1:43 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Broad Street, Lake Geneva. He also was cited for unsafe backing. A passenger in his vehicle, Pamela J. Mitchell-Martin, 50, of 828 Dylan Drive, Delavan, also was cited for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated after assuming the driver’s position.
Accidents
-- FRANKLIN AND CENTER STREETS, WHITEWATER, a vehicle driven by Audrey A. Stahl, 79, of 315 N. Jefferson St., Whitewater, collided with a vehicle driven by Belinda Delacy, 44, of 815 Phoenix St., No. 4, Delavan, at 2:10 p.m. Dec. 22. Stahl and two passengers in her vehicle—Raul Estrada Giron, 44, and Yammile S. Estrada, 7—were reportedly transported to a local hospital. Delacy also was reportedly transported to a local hospital. Their conditions were not available.
