Police arrested two Janesville residents in a heroin distribution investigation after executing three search warrants Friday.

Janesville Police Sergeant Jimmy Holford says 35-year-old Yolanda Mosley is charged with a parole violation and being party to the crime of manufacture or delivery of heroin. She is being held at the Rock County Jail. 45-year-old Lloyd Mosley is charged with possession of drug paraphenalia. He was released from the Janesville Police Department with a mandatory court date.

Police found multiple items of drug paraphenalia and a total packaged weight of 10.3 grams of heroin with an estimated street value of more than $1,200. Police also seized $883 in cash and a small amount of THC during the search warrants.

Police say they have probable cause to arrest 44-year-old Terry D. Mosley for his involvement with the distribution of heroin. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is encouraged to call Janesville Area Crimestoppers at 756-3636.
