Jack Slovick’s big night paid off for Williams Bay High School’s boys basketball team.
Slovick, a 6-2 junior, scored 33 points Thursday night as the defending champion Bulldogs rolled to an 81-56 win over Dodgeland (0-7, 0-3) that lifted their Trailways South record to 2-1.
Slovick had three of the host Bulldogs’ 11 three-point baskets and scored 14 in the third quarter, helping as Williams Bay build a 16-point lead.
Ben Miller added 16 points for Williams Bay, which improved to 2-3 overall.
