-- PAMELA S. CLARK, 26, of 612 W. Holmes, Janesville, at midnight Tuesday at Division Street and Oakland Avenue, Janesville, on charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
-- RANDAL E. LUDLUM, 45, of 6121 N. Ladue Drive, Milton, at 5 p.m. Dec. 29, at 4001 N. Milton Ave., Janesville, on a charge of transfer of encumbered property. Police reports allege he sold a trailer with a lien, used the money from the sale to make payments on the debt, but never arranged to have the lien released from the trailer.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- MICHAEL A. SCHAUER, 19, of 2215 W. Willard Ave., Janesville, at 11:34 p.m. Dec. 30, at River Road north of Highway 11 in Rock Township. He was arrested on a charge of absolute sobriety with intoxication over the legal driving limit. He also was cited for operating while suspended.
Accidents
-- HIGHWAY 104 SOUTH OF EVANSVILLE-BROOKLYN ROAD in Union Township at 8:35 p.m. Saturday. A vehicle driven by Katie J. Sutherland, 17, of 302 W. Main St., Albany, was southbound when she lost control on ice. The vehicle crossed the centerline, struck a mailbox, crossed the driveway of 10004 Highway 104, then struck a tree and utility pole. She was treated at an area hospital and cited for mandatory seatbelt violation.
Fire
-- CANDLE FIRE at 2:32 a.m. today at 1421 Vista Ave., Janesville. A candle left burning in a container on top of a 5-foot tall entertainment center in the living room caused $3,000 damage to the contents of this single-family two-story home. Residents and firefighters believe the flame from the candle ignited the fabric of clothes hanging on a door next to the entertainment center.

-- STEPHEN M. OLDENBURG, 19, Burbank, Ill., on Thursday in the 1100 block of West Main Street, Whitewater. He also was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
-- KARL O. PUTZ, 20, Baraboo, on Thursday at McDonald’s, 1069 W. Main St., Whitewater.
-- JOSEPH E. MOULD, 35, Fort Atkinson, on Tuesday in the 1000 block of West Main Street, Whitewater. He also was cited for speeding.
