Elkhorn remains unbeaten
Elkhorn High’s unbeaten boys basketball team got right down to business Tuesday night.
The Elks, No. 10 in the Division 1 state ratings, jumped off to a 23-8 lead in the first quarter and went on to a 70-53 nonconference victory over visiting Fort Atkinson.
Max Findreng scored a season-high 22 points to lead Elkhorn (7-0), while teammate Eric Bryson added 16.
Jacob Bohn had 16 points for Fort Atkinson (1-6), and teammate Jacob Eslin added 15.
