WCLO's Steve Benton reports a renovated area of Craig High School opens Monday.

RSS

— Janesville Craig students got "a taste" of how some of the new renovations will affect them on Monday.

Principal Michael Kuehne says the food preparation area of the new cafeteria opened to the students.

Kuehne says when the new dining area opens next month, it will accommodate over 600 students at a time, about double the current capacity. He says it will also look a lot nicer with a large open area and lots of glass.

Students will also get a "sneak peak" at some of the other new areas of the building, according to Kuehne, because students have to walk through areas currently being renovated to get to the food services area.
