-- JEFFREY C. FOX, 45, of 2624 Lexington Drive, Janesville, at 11:25 p.m. Wednesday at Black Bridge Road and Milton Avenue, Janesville.
-- ANDREW A. LUBECK, 59, no fixed address, at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday at Arbor Ridge Way and Greenway Circle, Janesville.
-- GERALD E. SCHNUCK, 30, of 1625 Randolph Road, Janesville, at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Drive and Railroad Street. Schnuck was making an illegal U-turn when he was struck from behind by another car. The other car fled. Schnuck attempted to flee but became stuck in a snow bank.
-- NATHANIEL E. BOGGS, 20, of Point Pleasant W. Va., at 1:33 a.m. Thursday at Humes Road and Milton Avenue, Janesville. Boggs was also cited for underage consumption of alcohol.

-- BURGLARY reported Monday to the Sand Burr Cafe, 6929 S. County T, Brodhead. A window was broken and $300 was reported stolen.
-- BURGLARY reported Monday to a home on Tarrant Road in Johnstown Township. Between $500 and $1,500 was reported stolen.
Fire
-- KITCHEN FIRE at 10:27 a.m. Wednesday at 1315 Jerome St., Janesville. Flames were shooting to the ceiling in the kitchen, but occupants evacuated, went to the neighbors' and called 911. The fire started at the stove and surrounding area, said a spokesman at the Janesville Fire Department. Damage was listed at $60,000.

-- MICHAEL J. PIESTER, 18, of 623 W. Main St., Lake Geneva, at 6:32 a.m. Dec. 10 in the 200 block of Broad Street, Lake Geneva, on a charge of possession with intent to deliver heroin.

-- BRADLEY C. BROCK, 28, Pleasant Prairie, at 8:09 p.m. Dec. 22 in the Culver’s parking lot, 151 S. Wells St., Lake Geneva. He also was cited for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.
-- GARY R. SWANSON, 56, Burlington, at 1:20 a.m. Dec. 18 at Water and Sage streets, Lake Geneva. He also was arrested on a charge of bail jumping.
