Local Congressman offers suggestions for economic recovery

Congressman Paul Ryan of Janesville tells WCLO's Stan Milam show, President Obama is right to start dealing with the country's economic circumstances by identifying the problem.

Ryan is concerned however as to the lack of bipartisan discussion about solutions. The Republican praises the president for his ability to explain the problem and his plans, but is critical of anticipated tax increases.

Ryan says a recession is the wrong time for this type of action.
