DDHS cruises past Westosha Central

Delavan-Darien High School’s boys basketball team didn’t needed overtime to take care of business Friday night.

The Comets outscored visiting Westosha Central (3-16, 3-8) in every quarter for 56-41 victory that lifted them to 6-5 in the Southern Lakes Conference.

Westosha edged Delavan-Darien, 76-74, in a four-overtime game last month. Overall, the Comets have played seven overtimes this season.

Tyler Butke scored 23 points, and Aaron Logterman added 17 points to lead Delavan-Darien in this decisive win.
