Janesville Craig High School’s boys swim team will be well represented at Saturday’s WIAA Division 1 state meet at the UW Natatorium in Madison.

Led by senior Nick Hazekamp, the Cougars earned two additional individual qualifiers for state along with all three relay teams after a strong showing at the Middleton Sectional.

Hazekamp will swim in the 200 freestyle for the second straight year at state after extra-qualifying time of 1:50.13 at the sectional meet. He will also swim in the 100 backstroke after qualifying with a time of 54.34.

Craig senior Matt Enloe will swim on all three relay teams as the Cougars earned an invitation to state in the 200 medley, 200 freestyle and 400 freestyle relay races. Joining Enloe on the 200 medley relay team will be Hazekamp, senior Sam Waddell and sophomore Alex Loftus.
