This PIG already has a previous charge of 4th degree sexually asault. This was more then likly a more serious charge that was "REDUCED" down to 4th degree. Plea Agreements, shouldn't be honored with Serious Crimes....

This guy should have known better no question about it.This clown will be a registered sex offender for the rest of his life as he should be.This guy should given jail time. This guy should get mental help. Maybe this guy is immature and that is why he went after the jail bait.

Cardtrader....where do I begin. It doesn't matter if the teen girl paraded around nude or was the skankiest girl in town...SHE'S UNDERAGE and he was an adult. It is illegal for adults to have sex with minors. Period. As an adult, he should have removed himself from the situation causing temptation. Just because he lacked the integrity to do so does not mean blame should be heaped on the victim.
Wanting to charge the VICTIM for "being an accomplice" to the crime against them is beyond ridiculous. Such (lack of) logic escapes me.

? to age was she 13 or 17 tho it is still wrong at any under 18 if 17 they can be charged as an adult so IMO that makes there choices adultly.

Thank you Janesville Police, now that I said that I do not agree with the fact this 22 year old slept with a minor laws are laws, but I see an awful lot of these stories lately where there has been consentual sex and it is always the adult male that takes the blame for it all.I think they need to come up with some law and punishment for these little girls that are running around sleeping with these adult men. Again I stress I do not agree with this kind of behavior by adult males but understand me when I say kids are charged as adults when they commit crimes like murder or other serious charges so why dont these girls get charged as adults for lets say being an acompliss to a felony?

"In any case this will probably be counted as a violation of shelter rules."
Registered sex offenders and people with outstanding warrants can't stay at a GIFTS host church.

Many churches allow the homeless to stay inside their buildings during the winter. They rotate housing the homeless men for 1 week at a time, then they go to the next church on the list. The men do not stay at the church during the day, they come in at night and leave at 7am.

Odd, I just confirmed that Bethel was the GIFTS shelter location at the end of January, but not at the time or following the incident.
