-- East 50, Memorial 44—Madison East broke open a Big Eight battle against Madison Memorial with a 19-11 advantage in the second quarter for a 33-24 lead at the half.


Makailah Dyer scored 13 points for East, while Alyssa Almou added 12 and Brenna Jackson chipped in 10 for the Purgolders (8-10, 7-9 Big Eight). Taryn Olson and Alicia Evans scored 12 points apiece and Mandy Wiedholz added 10 for Memorial (6-12, 5-10).
