Wisconsin Democracy Campaign Director Mike McCabe says money has come to matter more than people in the state's election process.

McCabe will join the Janesville League of Women Voters Tuesday night for a panel discussion about changing the way special interest groups have high-jacked campaigns. He says these groups sidestep laws elected officials are expected to follow. There influence has trickled down to state races including the Assembly and State Supreme Court.

"Elections...Money and Influence", will be held from 5:30 until 7:30 at Blackhawk Technical College.
