Arrests

--A 13-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE GIRL, at 11:50 a.m. Wednesday at Franklin Middle School, 450 N. Crosby Ave., Janesville, referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of delivery of a prescription drug.


Accidents

--WEST COURT AND PEARL STREETS, JANESVILLE, at 1:07 p.m. Thursday, cars driven by Eric S. Neeson, 24, of 607 Margate Drive, Janesville, and Haley K. Ostrander, 18, of W5869 Brick Church Road, Fontana, collided in the intersection as Neeson made a left turn in front of the oncoming Ostrander car. Ostrander was hospitalized at Mercy Hospital and discharged Friday. Neeson was treated and released at Mercy. A passenger in Neesonís car, Kerra L. Neeson, 3, of 4 S. Pearl St., Janesville, was listed as transported for medical treatment. Mercy does not report conditions of children. Neeson was cited for failure to yield the right of way.

--MICHAEL J. POEHLER, 23, of 11129 Pioneer Road, Whitewater, on Friday on South Janesville Street, Whitewater.

--DELTA D. COLLINS, 35, of 924 Eastown Manor, Elkhorn, possession of narcotic drugs after police found heroin in her pants pocket Jan. 19 in Elkhorn.


--CHARLES P. MCGINTY, 46, of 7660 State Park Road, Whitewater, substantial battery and disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute Jan. 24 in Whitewater Township.


--JASON M. ORDMAN, 35, of 570 Pond View Lane, Lake Geneva, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police found heroin, marijuana and syringes in his home Jan. 25.


--LOUISE P. SEARLES, 41, of 1109 Main St., Lake Geneva, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police found heroin, marijuana and syringes in a Lake Geneva residence Jan. 25.


--PATRICK M. MCBEAN, 42, of 427 Spring St., Lake Geneva, felony bail jumping. He is accused of drinking alcohol and fighting with a woman, both violations of his bond, at a Lake Geneva residence Jan. 28.
