WCLO's Stan Stricker reports on wage and benefit survey of Rock County employers

RSS

Rock county employers will soon have a better idea what the local pay and benefit scale is like.

Employers are being asked to participate in a biennial wage and benefit survey. Past president of the Blackhawk Human Resource Association Lori Rhead says this type of information is important for companies to remain competitive. The results may also carry special weight considering the recent economic downturn.

Co-sponsors of the survey include the Rock County Development Alliance, Alliant Energy, Forward Janesville, and the Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce. The deadline is February 27th.
