Three months of sewer rehabilitation begins in the City of Janesville Monday.
The work on deteriorated sewers doesn't require excavation, but the work does generate a lot of steam. City officials say the steam isn't harmful. Traffic will be maintained, but some busier multi-lane streets will be reduced to single lanes of traffic.
