--ELENA R. GLISSENDORF, 19, of 1030 Bingham Ave., Janesville, at 5 a.m. Wednesday on a bench warrant accusing her of failing to appear in Rock County Court on a previous charge of credit card fraud.

--HENKE ROAD AND COUNTY A, Harmony Township, at 11:03 p.m. Friday, a car driven by Beatriz Velasco Arellano, 30, of 2629 N. Pontiac Drive, Apt. 6, Janesville, rolled off the road. Velasco Arellano was ticketed for operating while intoxicated causing injury, knowingly operating without a valid driver’s license causing injury and operating while intoxicated. Velasco Arellano was treated and released from Mercy Hospital, Janesville.
--HIGHWAY 140 AND BELOIT-CLINTON TOWNLINE ROAD, Clinton Township, at 10:33 a.m. Friday, a car driven by James A. Gosnell, 29, Poplar Grove, Ill., collided with a car driven by Jeffrey D. Julseth, 47, of 2621 Mount Zion Ave., Janesville. The collision caused a third car driven by Russell K. Anclam, 36, of 9204 E. Creek Road, Lot 59, Clinton, to swerve into the ditch. Gosnell was ticketed for operating left of center, operating after revocation, knowingly operating after revocation causing injury, operating while intoxicated causing injury and a seat belt violation. Gosnell also was reportedly transported to a local hospital, but his condition was unknown Wednesday.
