The Wisconsin State Capitol is now open following an evacuation that was the result of a bomb threat. The brief closure started at 3:00 p.m. today. The Dane County K-9 Unit searched the building and has determined it is clear of threats.
The Capitol is now open for those who work in the building. Access to the building is available at the Martin Luther King Drive entrance.
Full public access will begin tomorrow at 8:00 a.m., the Capitol's regular business hours.
