-- OPERATING A VEHICLE WITHOUT THE OWNER’S CONSENT, reported at 1 a.m. Sunday in the 2100 block of Center Avenue, Janesville. A car was taken from a parking lot.
-- NEGLECTED/ABANDONED ANIMALS, reported at 2:36 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of South Randall Avenue, Janesville. A tenant moved out and left behind an iguana and three birds. The animals died.

-- NATHAN P. STURCK, 35, of 1322 Bruin Lane, Janesville, at 2:19 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of East Memorial Drive, Janesville.
Arrests
-- A 15-YEAR-OLD BOY, at 4:30 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of Morningside Drive, Janesville, was referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of receiving stolen property. The charge was related to an incident in which the boy was allegedly found with $468 of city of Janesville street signs including a stop sign, handicapped parking signs and a median sign. The investigation is continuing.
