WCLO's Steve Benton reports initial autopsy reports on a 15 year old Beloit male give no clues in the cause of death

RSS

— Beloit police captain Bill Tyler says an autopsy didn't help resolve the issue of how a 15 year old male died.

The Beloit High School student was found with no pulse and not breathing around 9 pm Monday at a home in the 1700 block of Summit Avenue.

Tyler says toxicology tests and tissue samples may help resolve the mystery, but will take extra time. Tyler says the death doesn't appear to be a result of foul play, and it doesn't appear illegal drugs were involved. He says there may be other factors involved, including pre-existing medical conditions.
