- EDDY D. MORENEZ, 21, of 1042 Center Ave., Janesville, at 3:25 a.m. Saturday at his residence, on charges of operating a motor vehicle without owner consent and operating while intoxicated. Morenez had been issued a municipal citation for disturbing the peace/fighting at 2:18 a.m. in or just outside of McstAggers bar after allegedly hitting someone with a glass. He then allegedly stole a car that was warming up outside the bar and crashed it into a curb at Milwaukee and Academy streets.
- TRACI D. GIBBS, 36, of 713 Johnson St., Janesville, at 5:33 a.m. Saturday at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office on bench warrants charging intoxicated driving and operating after revocation.
Intoxicated driving arrests
- ALEXIS J. MITCHELL, 21, of 405 Ridgeland Ave., Beloit, at 2:53 a.m. Saturday on the ramp from Parker Drive leading to Memorial Avenue, Janesville, after the car she was driving left the ramp and hit a light pole.

- ADRIAN G. ESPINOZA, 38, of 1149 Hackett St., Beloit, charge of felony intentional child abuse amended to disorderly conduct, $246.
- JOHN M. LEACH JR., 19, of 420 N. Jackson St., No. 2, Janesville, charge of repeat receiving stolen property dismissed.
- KENNETH E. HARRIS II, 27, of 1515 Starling Lane, Lot 7, Janesville, misdemeanor repeat intentional retail theft, one year probation with credit, $50 restitution, $110.
- DAVID L. JENSEN, 34, of 6219 Highway 51, No. 80, Janesville, domestic disorderly conduct, $482.
