A woman who filled many volunteer roles is being honored with a charity fund.

Judi Kneece was the director of JATV by day, but she also gave back to the community through ECHO, the League of Women Voters, the YWCA and the Community Foundation. She became the first chair of the Community Foundation's Women's Fund and held the position until her death in May. That fund established a task force to provide data about the lives of women in Rock County. It also partnered with other organizations to encourage women to run for public office. The "Friends of Judi Kneece" fund is intended to perpetuate that sort of social change for local women.
