-- LARRY M. SMITH, 22, of 403 Rockport Road, Janesville, at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday on County F near Tradition Lane in Janesville Township, on a charge of failure to report to jail. He was dropped off at the jail but allegedly walked away.

-- ROBBERY reported at 11:29 a.m. Friday at Five Points Gas, 600 W. Milwaukee St., Janesville. The strong-arm
robbery occurred two days earlier. Reported stolen was $1,000.
-- THEFT reported at 2:36 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of Freedom Lane, Janesville. Reported stolen were pallets of stainless steel with a value of $3,995.
-- FAILURE TO REPORT TO JAIL, reported Friday. A man identified as Kyle C. Garcia, 20, of 1811 Green Forest Run, Janesville, was convicted of obstructing on Aug. 26 and was sentenced to six months in jail. He was ordered to report to the Rock County Jail no later than Nov. 9.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- CHRISTA L. FOSTER, 22, of 204 W. Main St., Upper, Evansville, at 5:38 a.m. Dec. 5 on Highway 14 at Eagle Road in Center Township, after a traffic stop. Also cited for open intoxicants, suspended registration, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. ALEXANDER A. MANION, 21, of 8227 N. County M, Evansville, was arrested in the same incident on charges of possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon.
Accidents
-- COUNTY A AND COUNTY LINE ROAD, Johnstown Township, at 5:58 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, a car driven by Michael J. Watts, 22, of 732 Cornelia St., Janesville, collided with a semitractor trailer truck driven by Richard H. Heacox, 55, of W5731 County A, Elkhorn. Watts was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions. Watts was treated and released from Mercy Hospital, Janesville.

-- ROBERT J. DANIELS, 57, of 1031 W. Starin Road, Whitewater, on Monday on West Main Street, Whitewater.
-- MAURISSA J. DALY-HOARE, 27, of 429 Theatre Road, Williams Bay, at 2:22 a.m. Sunday on South Lakeshore Drive at Shabbona Drive, Fontana. It was listed as her fifth arrest on a drunken-driving charge. Daly-Hoare also was arrested on charges of fifth-offense operating after revocation, operating left of center, non-registration of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and a probation hold.
-- MICHAEL A. MANTHEI, 19, North Prairie, on Saturday on West Main Street, Whitewater.
-- JENNIFER S. DANNA, 54, of 748 Indian Hills Road, Fontana, at 10:45 p.m. Dec. 2, on Main Street at Broad Street, Lake Geneva. Also ticketed for operating without required lamps lighted.

Additional charges of misdemeanor domestic battery, domestic disorderly conduct and domestic criminal damage to property all dismissed but read into court record.
