Sun Prairie boys collect win
A second-quarter outburst carried Sun Prairie High School's boys basketball team to a Big Eight Conference victory Thursday night.
The Cardinals outscored Madison La Follette 24-8 in the second quarter en route to a convincing 64-40 win.
Chris Hawkins paced Sun Prairie (3-0, 2-0) with 12 points, and Michael Boos added 11.
Jon Dybevik led the Lancers (2-2, 0-2) with nine points.
