Intoxicated driving arrests
-- NATHANIEL D. BUHMEYER, 18, Beloit, at 2:49 a.m. Tuesday at Court Street and Oakhill Drive, Janesville.
-- THOMAS A. POHLMAN, 19, of 829 E. Milwaukee St., No. 2, Janesville, at 9:09 a.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of North Garfield Drive, Janesville.
-- KENNEDY AND HUMES ROADS, Janesville, at 5:05 p.m. Monday, a car driven by Lindsey M. Bussie, 25, of 1020 Walker St., Janesville, collided in the intersection with a car driven by Robert J. Soderberg, 60, of 412 Hart St., Clinton. Soderberg was treated and released from Mercy Hospital, Janesville.
-- BURGLARY reported at 8:22 a.m. Friday to a home in the 300 block of Pheasant Lane, Janesville. Reported stolen was an extension cord, a string of lights and other items with a total value of $155.
-- BOMB THREAT reported at 1:34 p.m. Tuesday at Marshall Middle School, Janesville. The threat had been made on a bathroom wall. No bomb was found.
-- LIGHTNING STRIKE to a utility pole in the middle of the night Tuesday at the intersection of Milwaukee Street and Garfield Avenue, Janesville, causing the top of the pole to catch on fire. When the pole broke, it caused its wire to slack.
-- CAR FIRE at 8:57 p.m. Tuesday at 4133 E. County O, Janesville. After the vehicle slid off the edge of the road, the driver tried to get it back onto the road, causing the engine to overheat and catch on fire. The car, valued at $6,500, was a total loss.
