-- ERIC R. KUNTZ, 25, of 711 W. Van Buren St., Janesville, at 8:20 p.m. Monday at his home on charges of running a drug house near certain places, three counts of delivery of marijuana near certain places, party to the crime of delivery of marijuana near certain places, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver near certain places. JULIE A. PARKER, 26, same address, also was arrested on a charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
-- JUDITH Y. SANTANA, 43, of 3202 Randolph Road, Janesville, at 2:35 p.m. Monday at the Janesville Police Department on charges of party to a crime of delivery of prescription drug and party to a crime of delivery of schedule IV drugs. JOSHUA Q. BOYD, 20, of 3312 S. High St., Janesville, at 7:59 p.m. Monday at the Rock County Jail on a charge of battery by inmate.

-- ZACHARY R. SCHOENBERG, 20, Roscoe, Ill., at 12:22 a.m. Tuesday at Milton Avenue and Refset Drive, Janesville.
-- RUSSELL P. ROSSBERG, 58, of 4644 Parkwood Drive, Milton, at 5:18 p.m. Saturday on County A near Henke Road, Harmony Township. He also was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

-- BURGLARY to a home on County H, Newark Township, reported Nov. 29. Reported stolen was $1,000.
-- BURGLARY to storage units on County O, La Prairie Township, reported Thursday. Among items reported stolen were a generator, floor jack, truck rims and a mountain bike.
-- RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT, reported at 8:40 p.m. Sunday on North Goede Road, Fulton Township, when a man sitting in his living room heard a popping sound and found a section of a window at the front of the house had been shot by what appeared to be a pellet-type gun. It was unknown who shot the gun, according to police reports.
-- BURGLARY reported at 9:02 a.m. Tuesday to a garage in the 700 block of Washington Street, Janesville. Reported stolen were tools with a value of $300.
