FTs boost Westosha boys

Westosha Central High School sank 27 free throws en route to defeating visiting Lake Geneva Badger, 65-61, in a Southern Lakes boys basketball opener Tuesday night.

The Falcons made 27 of 38 free throws to offset Preston Dailey's 34-point performance for the Badgers.

Badger went 6 for 10 from the line, while committing 27 fouls to Westosha's 11.

Dailey was held to 11 points in the second half after leading Badger with 23 points in the first half. Justin Bowers chipped in 13 for Badger.
