-- KENNETH R. GRIMES, 39, of 165 S. High St., No. 3, Janesville, at 4:45 p.m. Dec. 4, at Milwaukee Street and Academy on four counts of delivering cocaine and one count of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver.
-- DUSTIN DYKEMAN, 24, of 1024 Somerset, Janesville, at 9:24 p.m. Sunday at Marklein Builders, 3435 E. Milwaukee St., Janesville, on charges of burglary to a dwelling and theft. All items removed were recovered at the scene. Janesville Police Department officers took Dykeman into custody as he exited one of the sheds.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- RICHARD R. LEITZ, 23, of 3465 Lapidary Lane, Janesville, at 2:47 a.m. Sunday at Parker Drive and Centerway.
-- MATTHEW J. WELSCH, 32, of 1029 Nantucket Drive, Janesville, at 10:06 a.m. Dec. 3, at Harmony Townhall Road north of Highway 14 in Harmony Township.
-- BRIAN D. AHLERLT, 39, of 5116 S. County D, Afton, in Rock Township at 10:27 a.m. Dec. 5, at home on a charge of operating while intoxicated. The arrest was listed as Ahlert’s fourth on a drunken driving charge.

-- THEFT BY FRAUD, of more than $2,500 from a Janesville man who applied for a loan and has made payments to Oakridge Lending Services, 204-20 Mountainview Drive, Colchester, Vt., but has not gotten the loan or his money back.
Accident
-- PARKING LOT OF THE LES ASPIN POST OFFICE BUILDING, 1818 MILTON AVENUE, JANESVILLE at 11:19 a.m. Friday. A minivan driven by Sharon M. Mall, 58, of 30 Doty Court, Janesville, was pulling into a parking spot in front of the building when it hit a bicycle ridden by Frances A. Raymer, 59, of 3326 Clover Lane, Janesville. Raymer was treated and released at Mercy Hospital.
