Intoxicated driving arrests

-- CHAD P. STAGE, 35, of 2705 Roosevelt Ave., Janesville, at 3 a.m. Sunday on Center Avenue south of Burbank Avenue, Janesville. He was arrested after a car he was driving struck a sign post in the median as it turned left onto Burbank Avenue. He also was cited for hit and run.

-- HEATHER S. MEURET, 27, of 1740 Gateway Boulevard, No. 216, Beloit, at 2:43 a.m. Sunday at Beloit Avenue and Kellogg Avenue, Janesville. It was reported as her second arrest on a drunken driving charge.

-- BRANDON D. ISLER, 21, of 417 Church St., Clinton, at 12:39 a.m. Thursday on Lake Shore Road west of Northrup Road, Clinton Township. He was arrested after his car entered a ditch and struck a culvert and utility pole. He also was cited for driving too fast for conditions and a seat belt violation.

-- ALEX N. PEPPER, 27, of 60 Johnson Terrace, Williams Bay, at 3:27 a.m. Nov. 22 on Highway 11 east of Wuthering Hills, Janesville. He also was cited for speeding.

-- THEODORE C. LARKIN, 51, Tomah, at 1:36 a.m. Wednesday at Interstate 90/39 and Highway 11, La Prairie Township. It was reported as his second arrest on a drunken driving charge. He also was cited for driving without a valid license.

-- AINSLEY J. PHILLIPS, 22, of 648 Inman Parkway, Beloit, at 2:48 a.m. Friday at County G north of Sunny Lane, Rock Township. She also was cited for speeding and driving left of center.

-- RENAE L. WALD, 43, of 1734 Poole Court, Beloit, at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 23 in the 3000 block of Afton Road in Beloit Township. He was arrested on a charge of drunken driving, a probation violation, hit and run and failure to notify police of an accident. Wald struck two mailboxes on Afton Road, according to police reports.

Charged

-- RANDY J. GRAVES, 46, of 517 Roosevelt Ave., Janesville, charged with child enticement in connection with an incident on or around Nov. 8 in which he allegedly exposed himself to a child under the age of 18 who he was acquainted with.

Reported

-- THEFT at 4-Star Mini Storage, 2729 S. Bartells Drive in Beloit Township. Reported stolen were a dining room set, home theater system, refrigerator and other items all valued at $4,000.

-- BURGLARY reported at 4:07 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of Caroline Street, Janesville. A cell phone, wallet, purse and cash worth a total of $345 were reported stolen.

-- BURGLARY reported at 11:05 p.m. Saturday in the 800 block of Somerset Drive, Janesville. A television, PlayStation 3 and cable worth a total of $900 were reported stolen.

Accidents

-- HIGHWAY 67 AND CLINTON CORNERS ROAD, CLINTON, at 1:24 p.m. Nov. 17. A van driven by Helen E. Wildermuth, of 90, 10003 S. Clinton Corners Road, Clinton, pulled out from a stop sign and struck an SUV driven by Alonso Vasquez, 26, of 7926 E. Highway 67, Clinton. Wildermuth was treated and released at Beloit Memorial Hospital and cited for failure to yield from a stop sign. Vasquez was cited for driving with a revoked license.

-- CREEK ROAD EAST OF CARVERS ROCK ROAD, Bradford Township, at 10:15 p.m. Nov. 23. A car driven by Jeremiah L. Jacobs, 27, of 247 Roosevelt Ave., Janesville, went into a ditch, struck a tree and rolled onto the driver’s side. Jacobs was treated and released at Beloit Memorial Hospital. He was arrested on a charge of drunken driving.

-- AFTON ROAD NEAR ROCKPORT ROAD, ROCK TOWNSHIP, at 3 p.m. Saturday. An SUV driven by Nicholas R. Saunders, 28, of 106 S. Chatham St., Janesville, struck an oncoming vehicle driven by Sandra Severson, 67, of 114 Falling Creek Circle, Janesville, after Saunders reached down for a lighter. Severson was treated and released at Mercy Hospital. He was charged with intoxicated driving, second offense, causing injury and cited for driving with a revoked license causing injury, inattentive driving, driving left of center and possession of drug paraphernalia.
