Intoxicated driving arrests
-- JUSTIN D. NOLTE, 21, of 406 N. Austin Road, Janesville, at 1:16 a.m. Saturday at County G and Sunny Lane, Rock Township. He also was cited for operating left of center and speeding.
-- ROBERT C. ANDERSON, 22, of 2407 Holiday Drive, Janesville, at 1:50 a.m. Sunday at High Street and John Paul Road, Milton. He also was charged with disorderly conduct and cited for speeding.
-- ROBERT M. LANGKLOTZ, 44, of 923 Hilltop Drive, Milton, at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 20 at St. Mary and St. John streets, Milton. He also was cited for driving with a revoked license.
-- A 14-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday at Milwaukee Street and Richards Court, Janesville, was referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
-- JUSTIN J. VANACKER, 30, of 7527 W. Mineral Point Road, Janesville, at 9:10 a.m. Tuesday in the Rock County Jail on charges of burglary and theft.
-- BURGLARY reported at 5:57 p.m. Saturday to an apartment in the 500 block of East Milwaukee Street, Janesville. Reported stolen were a camcorder and jewelry with a total value of $23,200.

-- SHANE M. GARTHWAITE, 34, of 105 W. State St., Janesville, resisting/obstructing, 30 days in jail with Huber privileges with credit, $80.
-- JENNIFER J. BRIGGS, 37, of 2617 Mt. Vernon Ave., Janesville, charges of three counts of misdemeanor child neglect amended to one count of misdemeanor child neglect, felony obtaining controlled substance by fraud, felony attempted obtaining controlled substance by fraud, repeat misdemeanor intentional retail theft, one year in jail with Huber privileges with credit. Charges of three counts of felony uttering forgery amended to two counts of felony uttering forgery both dismissed but read into court record. Charge of misdemeanor bail-jumping dismissed.

-- KIMBERLY J. ANDERSON, 24, of 1315 Laramie Lane, No. 1, Janesville, obstructing, $728. Charge of felony misappropriate identification information to avoid penalty dismissed but read into court record.
-- CARL E. PAUL, 17, of 1340 S. Grant Ave., Janesville, possession of drug paraphernalia, $350.
-- JOEY P. PITTS, 36, of 904 McKinley St., Janesville, two counts of felony repeat manufacturing/delivering cocaine, two years in prison with credit, five years extended supervision, $210. Charges of two counts of felony maintaining drug trafficking place, one count of repeat felony maintaining drug trafficking place and repeat possession of intent to deliver cocaine all dismissed but read into court record.

HATCHER, 39, of 96 Falling Creek Circle, Janesville, charge of felony domestic stalking amended to domestic criminal trespassing to dwelling, domestic unlawful use of telephone to threaten harm, computer message to threaten injury/harm, domestic disorderly conduct, 45 days in jail with Huber privileges with credit, three years probation, $620.
-- RICHARD R. LANE, 24, of 1816 Harrison Ave., Beloit, formerly of Janesville, two counts of criminal damage to property, three days in jail in lieu of fines time served, two years probation. Additional charges of two counts of criminal damage to property both dismissed but read into court record.
-- JACKIE A. LATIMER, 33, of 960 Vine St., Beloit, formerly of Janesville, domestic disorderly conduct, two counts of misdemeanor bail-jumping, obstructing, six months in jail with Huber privileges with credit. Charges of criminal trespassing to dwelling and disorderly conduct by use of a dangerous weapon both dismissed but read into court record.
