Construction begins on a new 239 stall parking structure in downtown Janesville Monday, closing the Wall Street lot until spring.
A limited number of handicap stalls will be available throughout the construction project. Two way traffic will be maintained on Parker Drive and North Main Street, but curbside parking adjacent to the project will be restricted. Leased stall holders are being relocated to other public parking lots in the area.
