The University of Wisconsin Rock County is facing an interesting dilemma according to Dean Diane Pillard.
More and more students are enrolling, but budgets remain tight. Pillard tells WCLO's Stan Milam Show administrators are making changes students may see. She says class sizes will be larger, and some day classes may be moved to nights. She says this will help avoid students being turned away.
Pillard says many students are displaced workers, but others are the spouses and children of workers who've had to settle for lower paying jobs.
