Delavan man arrested for drug sale suspicion
DELAVAN The Walworth County Drug Enforcement Unit arrested a man Monday suspected of dealing cocaine and methamphetamines.
Authorities executed a search warrant at 502 Park St., Delavan, home of Gerardo C. Hernandez, 28, according to a news release from the drug enforcement unit.
Hernandez was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine and methamphetamine with intent to deliver after authorities found 179 grams, or 6.3 ounces, of cocaine and 22 grams, or 0.8 ounces, of methamphetamine in the home, the release says.
Lake Geneva police, the city of Delavan and the Walworth County Sheriff's Department assisted in the operation, the release says.
