Janesville man sentenced in fraud case
A federal prison sentence may indicate a Janesville man didn't know when to quit.
23-year-old Thomas Bluhm was arrested last August on charges related to credit card fraud. He was accused of unlawfully using credit card account numbers belonging to other people. An influence in his sentence, according to Chief U.S. District Judge Barbara Crabb, was he continued to commit credit card offenses after his initial arrest, and even while incarcerated in the Dane County Jail.
His federal prison sentence is three years.
