— Aaron Hicks' grand slam was not enough to save the Beloit Snappers on Tuesday night.

The Peoria Chiefs scored three runs in the top of the 14th inning en route to the 7-4 win over the Snappers in Midwest League baseball at Pohlman Field.


Game two of the three-game series is tonight.
